Floy Ervin

Floy Ervin is originally from Pennsylvania where she and her attorney husband, Spencer, parented four daughters who are now engaged in carreers and motherhood. Spencer and Floy moved to MDI eleven years ago and Floy began water color classes with a number of artists: Mary Laury, Gail Rebas, Ellen Church, Carol Seibold, and Wendilee O'Brian have been among them. Her interest in nature is the dominant feature of her work. She is a Plein Air artist and a partner at the gift and art gallery, Flying Mountain Artisans.
